Banana-Honey Cake

You can bake this same batter in two 8 1/2-by-4 1/2-inch loaf pans. Butter and flour the pans as directed, then divide the batter evenly between them. Bake as directed.

My New Favorite Banana Recipe!

This was very easy to make and the house smelled wonderful. I used a round 9 inch pan and made 12 wedge shaped pieces. Great way to get the family to eat brown bananas! The amount of butter listed is confusing, I used 10 Tbsp.

This cake is very delicate, moist, the ingredients are well balanced, and everyone in my family loves it! I've made it a couple of times and it turns perfect every time!
