I first made this with spinach, which is delicious! Now I make with Swiss Chard from my garden as well. Have sprinkled cooked and diced bacon or pancetta on top as well. Every guest I made it for asked for it again when they come back to my home!

AMAZING AND QUICK

I love this recipe, I added serrano ham and 3/4 cup of heavy cream and it is decadent.
Pros: Quick, Easy
