Baked Eggs with Spinach and Cream

This recipe calls for baby spinach. These small, immature leaves have a milder, sweeter flavor and are more delicate than mature spinach.

Beautiful, Easy Comfort Food!
May 26, 2011
I was really hungry when I made this, but it was so easy to prepare and tastes like comfort food. I'm glad I found this recipe. I halved the recipe but I used a whole container of the prewashed baby spinach from the grocery store.
Pros: Good Value, Easy, Appearance, Adaptable, Impressive, Will Make Again
Cons: Unhealthy
