Delicious, Healthy and SUPER Easy
September 16, 2012
I have a gas grill so I just roasted the eggplants in the oven. I combined everything in my food processor, pulsed a few times and voila! Still delicious and heavenly with a little less effort.
Pros: Quick, Easy, Healthy, Will Make Again

Hit of Supper Club Dinner
May 2, 2010
Our small community has a Supper Club and we decided to host a Greek Dinner when it was our turn. We searched for recipes and one of our finds was Baba Ghanoush. It was a hit as an appetizer. We served it with toasted pita bread and the flavors of the roasted eggplant and tahini were delicious with the kalamata olives. Everyone wanted the recipe and I have made it several times since. It's one of our favorites. We love trying new flavors and dining experiences and this recipe was perfect. We could imagine ourselves in a seaside cafe somewhere in Greece!
