A neighborhood hit!

I made this recipe using canned corn and I skipped the olive oil and toasting step. I just chopped and threw it all in a bowl and stirred. It made this a really easy recipe and a huge hit at the neighborhood party. I doubled the vinegar and chile sauce and it was perfect. Served with scoops and sour cream - yum!
