Burnt crust

Definitely should not have used a 500 degree grill - or ours anyway. Crust burnt on the pizza stone in less than 5 minutes. We will try this again on a lower heat, as the pizza itself was flavorful. We just salvaged what we could off the top.
Pros: Quick, Healthy
