Great potluck or party meal

Loved this vegetarian meal. Easy to make with 2 packages frozen artichoke hearts. Could not tell from the recipe if I placed additional noodles on the top so decided to add them. Would make again.

Yummy Vegetarian Recipe

I'm not a vegetarian, but this recipe is vegetarian and I loved it. The guests at my Christmas party loved it too. It was also easy to make and you can put it together ahead of time. I suggest using canned artichokes, instead of the fresh that are recommended. The prep time on fresh artichokes is time intensive.

Tastes amazing, easy to make

This is a great veggie lasagna. I altered it a bit but I made this for Thanksgiving last year and everyone loved it.
