Fun, Easy & Delicious

I pre-measure all the ingredients and my daughter does the mixing. She loves it! These are so good as well. I just add a couple more tablespoons of butter so that it doesn't crumble.
Pros: Quick, Easy, delicious
Cons: pan size

these bars are so easy, and great for company to snack on. They taste like a delicious oatmeal cookie but the apricots lend a little sophistication.
