Almond-Fruit Tart

A beautiful nut crust is the perfect palette for berries or sliced stone fruits. Whole raspberries or blackberries, or sliced strawberries, can be used in place of the blueberries, and nectarines can stand in for the peaches.

Lovely & Delicious

I've attempted this recipe twice and both times I've been met with rave reviews. The almond crust has just the right amount of crunch. I chose more fresh berries than the recipe recommends, such as raspberries and strawberries and it was fun to decorate. I highly recommend this recipe. I also made 6 smaller tartlets instead of one big tartlet.
