This award-winning oil is produced by the Ravida family on their estate in Menfi, Sicily, from 300-year-old wild olive trees. Pressed within eight hours of hand picking, the distinctive blend of Sicilian olives brims with the flavor and aroma of green grass, tomato and almonds. Certified organic extra-virgin olive oil from Sicily. Cold-pressed from a blend of Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara olives hand harvested from 300-year-old groves. The unfiltered oil bursts with intense, fruity aromas and flavors of green grass, tomato and almonds. The oil is cold-pressed by continuous centrifugation, which maintains its healthful properties and results in an exceptionally low acidity level. Use on green leaf salads; drizzle over warm vegetables, soups or fish; or simply slice warm crusty bread and sprinkle with oil, sea salt and oregano. 25 fl. oz. Made in Italy.

AMAZING OLIVE OIL!

I love that this olive oil is organic but what I love even more is the complex buttery and nutty taste that finishes in a slight peppery and grassy finish. This is an amazing tasting olive oil! There is absolutely no bitterness in this oil. Buy this oil and you will NOT be disappointed.

Amazing taste!

I tasted this oil recently at my local W-S store. I had to buy it after I tasted it. The taste was dramatic with a peppery finish. It is a high quality oil and would be a perfect finish for soups and salads. I will use it also on my roasted root vegetables. Yum!

Best Olive Oil

My husband and I would travel to Buffalo's store when we ran out it is the best. My family all 23 of them love this. Fresh baked bread or fresh heirloom tomates with a little sea salt and this drizzled over the top my idea of perfection.

Hard to read
I understand that you truly love this olive oil. Unfortunately, without the use of punctuation, it is difficult to read it.
I do appreciate your comment and your suggestion of using this with fresh bread or heirloom tomatoes. It certainly sounds delicious.

Thank you for your review, it was helpful in my efforts. My son, 1 year old, has severe food allergies. And because of that, he is underweight. His nutritionist has requested that I give him healthy fats, olive oil being one of them. I figured that if he is so limited, he mind as well enjoy what he's eating. So I'm willing to pay for high quality olive oil if it is something he'll eat.
