We live in Texas. It gets HOT in summer, so most plants die or go dormant then...which is what I expected this raspberry to do when I received it as a gift. Surprisingly, it has thrived! We received in late spring. It was healthy and green with three stalks tied loosely to a stake. We planted in part sun in our yard with amended soil as directed. It was bearing fruit by late summer of that year and at least twice a year (for weeks at a time) ever since! Every morning in June and September, my kids go out to the plant and pick berries. They are delicious and plentiful. It has spread to about 10-15 stalks now in it's third year. I can't even count how many berries it has produced. Once planted, the maintenance has been minimal...water weekly, fertilize if needed, prune dead stalks one time in winter. One of my favorite gifts!
Pros: Easy to Use, Quality
