Give your grilled foods the flavor of the Pacific Northwest with our potlatch grilling paste - a take on our best-selling rub inspired by the flavors traditionally used by regional Native Americans to season salmon for ceremonial feasts. We mix fragrant paprika, crushed red peppers and chili pepper, then blend it with oregano, basil, coriander and California grapeseed oil for a paste that's mildly spicy yet balanced. Great flavor

I cannot rave enough about this grilling paste. It has great layers of flavors. The fact that the seasonings are mixed with oils makes it very easy and effective in the marinating process. Also a little goes a long way. Love it!
