Porcelain Round Storage Containers, Set of 3

Neoflam's new porcelain containers are extremely durable choices for everyday food storage: take them out of the refrigerator or freezer and right into the oven or microwave to warm up foods. The elegantly styled containers can also go out to the table for serving. Our set gives you three round sizes for storing all kinds of food items. White glazed porcelain is nonreactive, nontoxic and environmentally friendly. Four-hinge locking mechanisms and silicone gaskets ensure an airtight seal for lasting food freshness. Durable polypropylene/silicone lids are BPA-free; will not retain scents or discolor over time. Dishwasher, freezer, microwave and oven safe to 600deg.F. Stands up to abrasive cleaners. Set includes three containers with three lids. Small: 4 1/2" diam., 2" high (8-oz. cap.). Medium: 5" diam., 2" high (14-oz. cap.). Large 5 3/4" diam., 2 1/2" high (51-oz. cap.). Made in China.

A storage stand-out
January 23, 2013
We have a lot of storage containers, from old sour cream tubs to glass bowls with gasketed lids. These are rapidly becoming the favorites. The sizes are all useful and the lids make a good seal. What makes these stand out is that when the lids are off, they are nice looking small serving dishes for a casual table. My only minor complaint is that the lid seals can be a little difficult to clean when they get gummed up with dried soup or the like. Once I figured out a brush was far more effective than a sponge, it wasn't a big deal.
