Pillivuyt Queen Anne Porcelain Salad Plates

With its gently scalloped festonne rims, this porcelain dinnerware revives the elegant simplicity of a French classic. The pure white glaze complements food beautifully and suits casual as well as formal dining. The collection is made in France by Pillivuyt, a company respected for fine tableware since 1818. Made of high-fired porcelain. Microwavable and dishwasher safe. Set of four. Made in France.

Absolutely beautiful (I'm picturing dinner plates)
June 26, 2013
My friends and I often post pictures of our amazing culinary triumphs, and that inspired me to buy the dishes I'd oohed and ahhed over for a couple of years. Food looks beautiful on them and it's a pleasure to set the table using them. These dishes are heavy and if you're slobbing it up in front of the TV you could get a digital workout, but it's still worth it. They're sturdy and I suspect could hammer a nail with no chips. Love them, couldn't be happier. The rims are just as magical as the petals of a peony. Only criticism--the soup plates are very shallow, but that's the norm nowadays. Ohh-and the plates are oversized so you can definitely overload them. This can be a problem if you'd rather eat less than more but it's not Pillyvut's fault if you can't control yourself.
Pros: Durable, Quality, Good for Entertaining, Easy to Clean, Color, Size, Appearance, Versatile, Design, make food look better
