Pizza Perfect-o!
July 30, 2014
I bought the book as a gift for friends who throw pizza parties - they LOVED it. They sent photos of the meatballs they were making for the Italian Meatball Pizza. They liked it so much I went back to get another copy to keep for myself.
Truly delightful recipes and photos. Easy to follow with engaging commentary on each.
@pizza guy: I'm all for picking up dough at the local pizza shops or grocer's bakery -just like any other ingredient. Ask your favorite place - most will sell it to you for a few dollars and it keeps for a several days.
Pros: Quality, Design

Got this as a wedding gift. The recipes in this book offer few unique ideas, and after having tried to strictly follow their recipe for dough, I think that it is truly impossible to make pizza dough with the recipe they give (ratio of flour to water make for dough that wont' stick together even with 30 min of kneading). we have a lot of good pizza places in the area and were hoping to replicate some of the pizza dough they use but this book didn't help.
Pros: Easy to Store
