I like that this apron is thinner and more flexible than my cotton canvas aprons, but still provides good protection. The longer length is also a plus--I gave one to my 6'3" son, who cooks and grills frequently. His is embroidered with his name, which is a nice service to provide for a gift item.
Pros: Durable, Quality, Easy to Clean, Size, Design, Weight

Linen is my all-time favorite fabric for clothing, towels, and now for aprons. Linen may be lighter than canvas, but it releases stains very quickly, and most importantly for me, it makes a super comfortable and fashionable apron. I have some wonderful canvas aprons from WS, but these two are my new faves. The neck ties are narrow and generous and secure with a simple knot. No more heavy, wide straps cutting into sensitive skin. And the waist ties are also very generous--a plus if you like to comfortably wrap and tie your apron in the front. I splurged and got light blue monograms on my navy aprons. I also appreciate the longer length! The first day, I forgot to take it off, and usually, I can't wait to get to a non-messy part of the project to shed my apron. Linen wears like iron and washes beautifully, so I am sure that I will be using these for a long, long time.
Pros: Quality, Easy to Clean, Size, comfortable
