Had high hopes for this doormat. Was very dissapointed when I received it. The only reason I went with this doormat was because I could personalize it. The doormat itself looks nice but the personalization part is of very poor quality. The personalization looks and I think is spray painted. I think I could have done a better job of spray painting my last name on a blank doormat. I can see spots of black spray paint in other part of the doormat beside my last name. I just had the doormat for a week now and the paint is starting to fade already. The coir in the doormat is also not even some part of it is cut more than other parts.

Great Mat!

We love our new custom doormat. It has a very neat look. We recently moved into our new home and this really is the prefect "welcome" mat. The only draw back was it took almost six weeks to receive. I'm ordering another now for my daughter for a christmas present.
Pros: Durable, Quality, Easy to Clean, Appearance, Design
Cons: took a long time to receive.

New doormat

Initially, I was very pleased with this product. However, as I looked closer I realized that the rubber was torn in places and also doesn't lay flat on the ground in spots. I am hoping the personalized letters hold up better than past mats--typically they fade after a year but I like the look so I keep ordering them!

I looked high and low the this size of doormat with the quality I wanted for the entrance to my home. This is the best quality I have every purchaed. Just What I wanted and the look,
