Bourbon Cranberry Relish

Homemade cranberry sauce seems like such a great idea to make at Thanksgiving, but if you think you'll be strapped for time, it's wise to have this traditional side ready to go. Our cranberry relish was inspired by the family meals at Tennessee's famous culinary destination, Blackberry Farm, and prepared by the experts at The Perfect Bite Co. To make it, tart cranberries are sauteed with bourbon, shallots, rosemary and thyme and laced with orange and sorghum for the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
