Good pasta reference
December 10, 2013
Has lots of good recipes, some very basic and some more advanced. Its a good pasta reference if you've had just about enough spaghetti and meatballs.

Disappointing
July 28, 2012
We tried a few recipes including making pappardelle pasta. The directions for the pasta are very incomplete. When I looked at other books I have, I could see why they didn't turn out well. There are lots of tips missing in this book that would have made the pasta a success. The Veal with Lemon and Thyme was only so-so.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Store
Cons: recipe

from basics to gourmet

I love this book! I picked it up because of the simple recipe for fettucine bolognese and started making my own dough and can't wait to try out the other recipes. There are different options for making dough, tips and insight as to how to store it and also add your own twist to it. There are simple recipes in it to get started and not feel like a klutz, but there are fancier recipes for when you'd like to impress guests. A great pasta book from start to finish!
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Accuracy, Quality, Easy to Clean, Versatile, Design
