Great for Thin Crust Pizza

Makes a great 14 inch pizza baked on WS gold pizza crisper pan. Although I have a great pizza dough recipe, this mix is ideal for thin crust. What I REALLY liked was the fact that when you rolled the dough out, it didn't spring back but rather it held it's shape.
Pros: Texture, Easy to Prepare, Quality, Flavor

I'm a make it yourself type, but after buying this on a whim, would definitely do it again (and have!)... enjoy.
