Palmer Electric Pizzelle Iron

A tradition in Italy, pizzelle are thin, crispy waffle cookies that are fun to make and just as fun to eat. This compact countertop iron makes two pizzelle at a time - let them cool flat, or roll them to make cannolli, waffle cones and other sweet treats. Makes two decorative 4 1/2" pizzelles. Heavy cast-aluminum baking plates heat evenly for quick baking to a perfect golden brown. Preset automatic thermostat ranges from 350deg.F to 400deg.F. Three-legged design stays stable on the countertop. Interior cooking surface releases pizzelle easily and cleans up in a snap. Made in the USA by Palmer, a 65-year-old family company and the only American maker of pizzelle irons.

LOVE this iron!!!
May 18, 2016
Started making Pizzelles with Mom and Grandmother with the antique (now) one-at-a-time hand held iron on the gas stove. Had my own electric teflon-coated one, after that, that always ruined the first four to six cookies. THIS IS THE BEST IRON I'VE OWNED! No sticking - no burnt cookies, right out of the gate - THIS THING IS FABULOUS. Bought one for my daughter when I bought mine - will be purchasing TWO MORE soon, as wedding gifts. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT THIS PIZZELLE IRON IS!
Pros: Easy to Use, Easy to Clean, Durable, Design, Speed, Quality, Size, Time-saver, Power, Easy to Store

Christmas favorite
May 15, 2016
Well made. Heavy lid to make pizzelle. Have had one almost 10 years now. Usually make multiple batches with rum, anise, vanilla favors while watching Christmas movies! Pizzelle will keep up to 2 weeks. Great to have on hand for company and look pretty on a cookie platter.
Pros: Easy to Use, Durable, Quality, Power
