Handy Basting Brush

I find this basting brush so easy to use. It holds quite a bit of liquid and it doesn't clump like the natural bristle basting brush. It is easily cleaned. A Williams-Sonoma salesperson recommended it, glad they did. Nice alternative to natural bristle version. The longer handle is a great plus as well. Haven't used for bbq yet, but sure it will be just fine.

A Must have in every kitchen

Easy to use, cleans very well, and heat resistant. It does not frizz or clump. I use it all the time now to season my cast iron. It also helps to distribute oil evenly so I end up using less oil to cook.
