I use them not just for my pasta dishes, but also for salads. Easy to clean and to serve.

Great for Granola!

I purchased these after seeing an instructional video on making your own homemade granola. They are perfect for "raking" the oats, nuts, fruits, etc. on a baking sheet in the oven as they bake. It would also be great for making glazed nuts, or anything that needs occasional stirring up when baking on a baking sheet. I recently used it for turning new red potatoes in the oven, that worked great too.
