My best pans for man cooking

I got this pan to fill out my set of three. I also have the 12" and the 8". I have a glass cooktop and I love that they have substantial weight and sit flat on the surface. They work great for searing steaks and can go directly into the oven to finish up. They cleanup great in the dishwasher too. I also recommend the glass lids as an accessory. They're great!!

wonderful pan

I purchased this pan on line because I used my neighbors and loved it. I can't reccomend this pan enough. Have used it a number of times and it cooks perfectly; sits on the burner very steady. Things don't stick but you get nice bits to make lovely sauces and it cleans up very easily. I would rate it a ten and think anyone would be pleased if they made this purchase

The pan is slanted, not even level when you put a lid on it. I am returning it now.
