Seven Grain Bread Loaves

Enjoy some of the best artisanal bread we've ever tasted, delivered right to your door. The whole-grain goodness of Old World European breads is evident in every bite of these rustic loaves, handcrafted by artisans at New England's celebrated Nashoba Bakery. Lightly sweetened with dates, they showcase a blend of whole wheat, flax, barley, oat, millet, corn and rye, cracked and soaked overnight for a moist, chewy texture. A signature slow-rise fermentation method calls for a wild yeast sourdough starter to leaven the dough, giving the bread an impressive richness and complexity. Requiring 24 hours to prepare from start to finish, the hand-formed artisanal loaves are hearth baked, emerging with in a thick, crusty exterior and a soft, chewy interior. Three loaves, approx. 1 lb. 5 oz. each. Shipped fresh. Made in USA.

Great gift ... not to be missed!

Sent these (along with the Nashoba Sourdough Loaves and Brioche Buns) to several family members as gifts. Will definitely be re-ordering these again for friends and family.
Makes wonderful toast, sandwiches and great for dipping in soup too! My wife and kids love getting Nashoba bread ... it doesn't last very long in my house as a result!
The only bad thing about his bread: it is highly addictive and you'll be ordering more!
I haven't tried the Brioche buns yet, but they were loved by each person who had them.
Pros: Texture, Easy to Prepare, Quality, Flavor, Healthy, Great Gift
