Family Loves this Rub

We like to use Cumin in our cooking and this rub offers this spice along with coriander, garlic, caraway seed, parsley, cilantro, salt and pepper. I use this with lamb and pork. Like all rubs it works best if you put it on the day before and let it soak in before grilling. I also use it as a spice in stews and lamb meatballs. I wish I could buy in a larger amount or refills for my tins.
