Very Disappointed in the Quality

I ordered this bowl online from a registry for a Bridal Shower and had it monogrammed as the Bride requested. I did not have it gift wrapped. The bowl arrived in a horribly beat-up inner box that was recycled from a different style bowl. I applaud the attempt at being green but not in this condition for glass, especially not for the price. It was an appalling presentation and I could not gift the bowl in the box in which it arrived. Additionally, there were several scratch marks around the etching and the etching was small compared to the online photo. Finally, the quality of the glass had many defects. It looked cheap. Had the bride not requested this item on her registry, I would have returned. Overall, this left a bad impression - I elected to buy from WS because I felt WS offers a superior quality. This was not the case at all with this item.
