Usually love W.S., but not this!

Truly not worth the price. I did not estimate the size when I bought and it's smaller than a dinner plate. It looks silly on a standard front door. It only has 23 very small plants. That sounds like a lot, but it is not as they only cover the very front of the wreath, so the sides are moss. The little plants easily fall out when moved, so not at all practical for a door or to hang really. Additionally the base is very thick and won't fit between a storm doors and front door at all.
I bought to have a unique fun wreath for my new house, but will have to try something else. Unfortunate waste of money. For now it decorates my patio table.
Cons: Not Durable, Quality, Design, High-Maintenance, Size

Read the care & use. 12" is clearly statated
Your review should be removed. You clearly didn't read its intended use and size.It states in the care & use section to use as a centerpiece with a tray or something else to protect the surface of your furniture. The second stated use is to hand it on a sealed wall. Hence, a surface which does not move. It's intended use does not include a door of any sort. Operational or otherwise. I suppose one could hang this living wreath on a door that is never opened or closed. Unless the said individual, carefully removes the living wreath for the said door, prior to opening or closing it. Nonetheless, it is up to the end user to use the item in which ever way they wish. However in doing so voids their claim to any subsequent action as a result of such unintended use.
Additionally as with all newly planted items, the roots need to grow in order to secure the plant to its surroundings. I would use a tooth pick to hold any loose plants in if I were to hang this living wreath on a fixed sealed wall.
In my opinion this review by Reviewer1 is null and void. It should be removed completely. The reviewer simply did not read any of the material pertaining to the care and use of this item. However, anyone with half a brain will understand Reviewer1 clearly didn't know what they were purchasing.
I have 12ft x 8ft double doors in my entry with 16ft by 18in sidelights and a 4ft x 8ft transom window. I've 16 of these wreaths hanging outside on my entry doors and windows. With another 14 hanging all over my porte cochere for the past 4 months with not a single issue. All of the wreaths are secured with 4 3M clear plastic hooks to keep them for moving around. The gardener mists them once a week and waters them in place once or twice a month, depending on the heat. Not once has there been an issue.
