A wonderful Scone Pan

I purchased this Scone pan a few weeks ago and it really is a great pan. A recipe comes with the pan but I chose to use my favourite recipe instead. I sprayed the pan with some Wilton Bake Easy spray and the scones came out easily from the pan. The scones were a lovely golden colour and very moist. The pan is easy to clean too.
The pan is solid and has a little bit of weight which I like in my baking pans. It seems to be very well made.
I am glad I purchased this pan and am also very happy that Williams-Sonoma now ship to Australia.
