This is definitely an essential in my kitchen. I would HIGHLY recommend this to bakers, and this blows table knives away when it comes to frosting cupcakes or cookies. Even for spreading sauces or jams and jellies, I find myself using this every day. 90 billion stars. Great job Williams-Sonoma.

Handy offset spatula

My granddaughters had given me a gift certificate and I thought this little spatula might be useful in the kitchen now and then. I have found I use it daily. It comes in handy for many different tasks besides spreading batter or frosting. I use it to remove brownies, bars or any foods cooked in a pan with sides, such as polenta lasagna, that needs to be lifted out of the pan neatly. It works as a pie server, especially for those smaller pieces.

Offset spatula

Great utensil, lightweight, easy to use and handle. Ideal for frosting cakes, cupcakes and other baking needs. I would recommend to anyone who bakes/decorates.
