Master pastry chef Jean-Yves Charon prepares our mini croissants in the traditional French style, using butter and ultrathin layers of yeast dough and laboriously folding and cutting the pastry by hand. Our handmade mini croissants have a delicate flaky texture, buttery taste and irresistible aroma. Ideal for feeding a crowd. Easy to prepare: allow to rise overnight, then bake. I live in a rural area where I can't get these wonderful pastries locally. The only time I get to enjoy them is when I'm on vacation or traveling. No more! Now that I've discovered these tasty pastries, I can partake anytime I want.

Could Be in France

I've given this twice as a gift to a friend of mine who's husband is from France and they love these croissants. Her husband says they remind him of the ones he had in France.
My friends says they are easy to prepare and the mini's are just the right size for breakfast.

Good, but buy the original size

I recommend this product. Tastes great and lasts a good while if taken care off. The only draw back it's you have to remember to let them rise overnight in order to eat the next AM. But, that is one of the reasons they taste so good and fresh. Size is convenient for entertaining, but the original size taste better (not sure why).

What more can I say? We originally received this as a gift and we liked them so much, I ordered for myself!
I particularly like the mini croissants because, when cooked, they are more the size of what I used to get many years ago in Paris!

I served these croissants at a family dinner. I watched my nephew eat one while he was listening to someone talk, he stopped eating, stared at it, and promptly got up to put 2 more on his plate. Everyone raved about them, eating them without butter and did not have enough for all. I usually serve dinner rolls and they are always left over, but these were gone in minutes. I bought another box and will have them on my daughter-in-law's birthday. GREAT!

I was sceptical that these would really be as good as the one's I buy at my local
bakery but YES! they are even better!
I followed the direction for thawing and
set them out overnight covered with parchment paper. The next morning they
had risen to more than double their frozen size.
We ate them hot right out of the oven with some creamy Vermont butter..OMG!
I will be ordering more! I would give them MORE than five stars if I could!

These are so flaky & buttery. Can not buy any other kind!!! Just take them out the night before and let rise. Morning comes, stick into oven, smells so good. Great alone!!! LOVE LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered these mini croissants for my family and friends for our Chrristmas Eve dinner gathering. They arrived as described and the taste was a hit amongst our guests! There were plenty to go around, the guests raved about the flavor, they were convenient and extremely easy to prepare and not one was left over! Also, while cooking, the croissants leave a delectable aroma throughout the kitchen to be desired! I will continue recommending these to others and I will order them again for my family because they are light, fluffly, buttery, filling and simply delicious...
