Breaks easily
January 11, 2015
Although I really like the Microplane Adjustable Slicer it is very poorly made. I have had it less than 6 monte and the plastic parts have broken beyond repair. It is past the return date, so now it is only good for the trash. Good idea, poor product! Microplane needs to go to metal only products. Every Microplane I have had with plastic parts break!
Pros: Easy to Use
Cons: Difficult to Clean, Temperamental, Fragile, poorly made

The old adjustable Slicer was much better.
I bought it 10 years ago and still going strong.
