Bridgewater is a double-cream, ripened cow's milk round, sparkling with cracked black pepper (6 oz.). Lincoln Log is a mold-ripened, dense and creamy goat's milk cheese that reveals delightful lemony notes (8 oz.). Manchester is a velvety, double-cream cow's milk disk that matures from soft and mild to dense and firm, with a pronounced tang (6 oz.). Wine pairing and serving suggestions accompany the cheese. Items need labeling

My children purchased this product for their dad for Xmas as he is a cheese lover. (3 months of various cheeses) Two major problems: #1 You never know when it is going to be delivered. It could be so easy to notify the recipient of delivery dates. Hopefully you are home and NOT out of town!!! #2 The cheese is individually wrapped and you have no idea which cheese is which. No marking on the individual package!!! Would have given it 5 stars though for taste but these factors lowered our opinion!!!

My Favorite so far!

My Husband got me the cheese of the month club for Christmas since I LOVE CHEESE!! Normally there has been so much that we ask neighbors to come over at some point to help enjoy it with us... for this months Michigan month.. I ate it all before we even got a chance!! It was so smooth. I loved it!!!

Inedible Cheese

The product was totally inedible. It arrived nicely packaged and chilled. The rind was beyond ripe. It was moldy and the cheese had a horrible taste.
