Sleek, superstrong shelving originally made for commercial kitchens. Made from steel finished in durable white epoxy. Epoxy finish wipes clean and is stain resistant. Shelves adjust in 1" increments. Tower and wide shelves support up to 500 lb. each; corner shelves support up to 100 lb. each. Self-leveling feet compensate for uneven floors. Includes shelves, posts and wall-fastener kit. Simple assembly required. Extra shelves, additional units and casters are sold separately.

Easier to assemble than register warranty

A new wider refrigerator forced us to remodel our pantry. I researched heavy duty steel shelving and the Metro Steel Shelving was an excellent value so we remodeled our pantry to accomodate a 4'W & 2'W shelving unit. The shelving was easy to assemble and had 1" height adjustments so creating the perfect shelf to shelf spacing was a snap. The shelving's surface wires are close together making stocking easy. We chose White shelving as they wouldn't be seen inside the pantry and that amounted to a $100 savings for the 2 of them compared to the chromed wire version. Metro's website doen't have an online registration for the 20 warranty is the only negative.
