The only way to make meatloaf

I have never written a review before but had to after reading the only other one out there. I have been purchasing this blend for several years and won't make meatloaf with any other. My (now) 12 year old noticed the difference in meat immediately the first time I used and asks for it often. A bit pricey but feel it's worth it for the 1-2 times a year I make meatloaf.

Gristle is a problem

It's a touch too bland for my taste, mayhap I should have purchased the meatloaf starter as well. In any event, no amount of flavor can compensate for the gristle that is present in every other mouthful.
Pros: Time-saver, Healthy
