These 1.5mm pans are by far the best for cooking steaks and chops. Sear the steaks in the pan and finish them off in a hot oven. Then use the drippings to create the perfect professional pan sauce. Heavier pans just don't work as well.

JUST TOO BEAUTIFUL

I have a 10" that I have had for years and I love it and look at it all the time, but I can't bring myself to use it - it is just too beautiful.
