Melts like a dream

After using a copper sugar pot in an culinary class, I was eager to find one of my own and this product does not disappoint.

Caramel sauce made the easy way!

Excellent pan for melting sugar.Unlined copper pan is safe ,it doesn't react with sugar. Melts sugar quicker than a stainless pan.It's easy,you don't have to add water or brush the sides down either with water!Medium heat,1/3 cup sugar,cook to reddish hue(starting to smoke),add 1/2cup cream, remove from heat ,stir. Family and friends rave about it's flavor.
