Love the concept, love the recipes

My daughter and I got to see Ina in Boston on her book tour. She's even more relaxed and personable than on her show. These recipes are not simple - or unique - they just include the instructions on when to stop and pack the food into the fridge or freezer (or leave on the counter) until your guests are about to arrive and you're ready for the final few steps to complete. The roast chicken on bread, that's then cut up and put onto a salad, sounds divine. I'm looking forward to less stress in entertaining and special dinners. Recipes sound delicious.
Pros: Easy to Use, Accuracy, Design
