I bought this fig balsamic to replace one of another brand I'd received as a gift. I had loved the other (I forget the brand, of course) on greens and cheese. I found this version to be lacking the richness in both flavor and texture of my previous bottle (again, different brand). It is thin and the flavor is fine, but nothing to write home about. In fairness, my sister (who has not enjoyed the other brand) thought that it was very good. Personally, I'd shop around.
