Beautiful But...

Beautiful, but the cover on the front page came completely away from the date pages. I had planned on using it all year but ended up throwing it away. I was very upset about this.

Why Not Ask For Refund? W-S Is Reputable.

I know how disppointing it can be to have an item break. Yet, why not return the item? It is still early in the year. This is the reason I buy from Williams-Sonoma. It stands behind its products. I believe that everything except clearance merchandise (ending in .99) is covered. Don't give up! Get another style! Good luck!
