More than dessert

I really enjoy this pan. First of all, it's such a beautiful, cheery color (one of the simple pleasures of LeCreuset). Second, it's versatile. While I have not made a tart tatine (its original purpose), I have used it to make coffeecakes, as well as an impromptu galette. I primarily use it to bake fish filets in a garlic, lemon, olive oil sauce. While shallow, the sides permit the use of sauces, yet help to keep down splatters. It has been super-easy to clean. It is big enough for my purpose (cooking for one or two), but small enough that its weight and storage issues are not a problem. Perfect for the solo cook and so cheerful to look at!
