Lamson Serrated Steak Knife

This knife is crafted by Lamson & Goodnow, the oldest cutlery maker in America, using techniques handed down by the company's original bladesmiths, many of whom hailed from the famed knife-making city of Solingen, Germany. Featuring a classic German shape and high-carbon stainless-steel blade, each knife is hand assembled and finished for optimal performance. This serrated steak knife slices cleanly through steaks. Full tang blade composed of the finest high-carbon stainless steel from Solingen, Germany. Precision forged from a single piece of steel. Convex-ground blade is polished, hand-edged and honed, ensuring optimal cutting angle for maximum sharpness. Resin-infused PakkaWood handle, triple-riveted to the blade, is heat and water-resistant. 5" blade; 4" handle; 2.5 oz. Made in USA by Lamson & Goodnow, a Massachusetts company that has produced fine kitchen tools since 1837.

An American classic
December 4, 2013
I bought these knives as they are wood handled and made in America (close to where I live). I knew Lamson's products were high quality but I was impressed with how perfect these knives are: beautiful, well-balanced, solid looking yet light weight, and a dream to cut with. I highly recommend these knives and I agree with the other reviewer, they are a deal compared to other options and in my opinion are also a better knife.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Balance, Size, Strength, Versatile, Sharpness, Shape, Weight, beautiful

Sleeper Bargain
June 2, 2013
This a beautiful knife, well balanced, very sharp, contemporary, and with a beautiful wood handle. Yet it less expensive than several other knives that have polypropyline handles, and is an American-made product. A real sleeper bargain!!
Pros: Easy to Use, Balance, Easy to Clean, Size, Sharpness, Weight
