lovely cut for braising

I am always on the look out for high-quality meat from small family farms (Having read enough about food safety and animal welfare, I try to avoid factory farmed products). This pork shoulder did not disappoint. I used it for a Bolognese recipe requiring a long braise in milk. Like many Italian recipes, it relies on quality ingredients and a simple approach, which is why I chose this pork shoulder. I served it at a dinner party to raves reviews. Even the kids ate it.

Outstanding for pulled pork

This is the best pork for making pulled pork sandwiches. The flavor was wonderful! My only concern is the cost for such a small roast, but we will order again.
