Much better than a knife!

I used this to chop herbs (cilantro, parsley) and scallions. it worked great! Makes chopping fast, easy and effortless.

Better than a knife!

Before I bought this I thought, "what's the point of an herb chopper, why not just use a knife as I always have?" I decided to buy it after watching the video and reading the other reviews, and I am so glad I bought it!
It chops fresh herbs much faster than a knife and the herbs hardly stick to the blade. The blade is extremely sharp and can also easily chop celery, carrots, and peppers. I love this tool!

Haven't had this product long enough to tell how long it will last...but I love it. All I have growing now is sage, rosemary and thyme and it does a great job on those herbs.Though it is advertised as an herb chopper, I use it to mince garlic, onions, veggies for salads, etc.

I saw the video and took a chance. It is all it is claimed to be. I use fresh herbs everyday and this tool is wonderful. It is easy to use on damp herbs, cuts finely and quickly. I love it.

This is the best utensil I have found to mince all types of herbs, wet or dry, large or small and do it efficiently and quickly. There are no parts to break and cleanup is simple.
It can also be used to cut up vegetables.
I have demonstrated it to all my friends and relatives.

This utensil for chopping fresh herbs is absolutely the best! Decided to order after watching demo video on the website. Far superior to electric mini-chops, knives, etc. Would consider giving it as a gift; it's that good!

Don't get me wrong; I love this little knife. But, it is so so sharp! It's really easy to cut yourself. So keep your fingers out of the way. (I decided to use it to slice my roll of yeast dough for cinnamon rolls, and a moment of lost focus led me to slice off the tip of my thumb.)

I've used these for chocolate, herbs, nuts, cheese and more. They cut fabulously and don't make the food leap off the counter! They're so easy to use that you'll have to watch your fingers to avoid chef's finger cuts, but may just by my own style of chopping. Recommended enthusiatically!

Where has this chopper been all my life? Imagine, 40 years married, many meals and I just now got this chopper - glad that I did! It makes chopping herbs into small pieces so easy; no complaints or sugegstions to improve it. The protective cover protects the blade and human users also.

I have always had a problem chopping fresh herbs for a recipe. I love this new gadget! It makes it all so simple and easy! Wish they would have come out with this sooner! I have told all my friends and relatives about it!

I picked this up at the store after watching the clerk do a demo. My knife skills leave a lot to be desired and I would always use dried herbs in lieu of fresh because of that. I came home and made a recipe that required at least 3 different fresh herbs. Once you get used to the rocking motion, your golden. It is an awesome tool and one that is getting a ton of use in my house!!!!
