The recipe was the perfect amount of dough for the cookie cutters in the set. The tree seemed a little short so, next year I will double stack some of the branches. Everyone enjoyed it!

A Holiday Tradition

Making a cookie tree is a tradition for us. We love these cutters! They are a great price too! We made the kransekake and we made the tree. To make the tree we made 2 of each star and stacked them. We also colored frosting green to decorate the tree and used deco drops. We used one of the smallest stars to stand upright as a tree topper! We have always bought the kit to make the tree at a local craft store, but making it like this is so much more fun!! You can also use the stars alone to make star cookies, cut out pancakes, toast..... and more!
