Alright for the price but no better

This item has two functions, to grind meat and to stuff sausage. It performs the first adequately, the second poorly.
As a grinder it is a bit slow but works. It goes through meat, even fairly gristly stuff quickly on the coarse disk with a minimum of clogging. The medium fine disk works for second grindings. One spends a lot of time ramming meat down the chute, but it's not too bad.
As a stuffer it's hopeless. The funnels are flimsy and broke at the base in the first couple uses. Even the powerful KA motor couldn't shove the paste through. After covering the counter with a paste of sausage I gave up and went back to the old hand stuffer.
Until they sell it with durable funnels and the ability to auger sausage into casings without a disk I can only recommend this as a grinder, not a stuffer.
Pros: Easy to Use, Speed, Assembly
Cons: Quality, Fragile
