I have given KAI as a gift. My friends have enjoyed them very very much. They stay SHARP and us girls love the colores of course. I cannot do without my tomato knife...........
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Quality, Balance, Easy to Clean, Easy to Store, Size, Strength, Versatile, Sharpness, Shape, Weight, just great to use
