A new favorite!

I own the 12" version and have used them solidly for about 6 months now. What a great set of tongs!! Very sturdy as well as easy to use and clean. These open to two different widths depending on how far you press the black lever. Taking them apart makes cleaning VERY easy and I love that they go in the dishwasher. Reassembling them is just as easy. These have become one of my favorite tools! I would love to see a nonstick version as well for safe use in my Le Creuset cookware.
