Lovely Brown Sugar

I had never heard of this sugar before, until I lived in Europe. I started using in coffee and it made the great coffees better and made the not so great coffees taste good. It isn't too sweet, nor too overpowering. I have used on baked hams in addition to other flavors and it was just the right hint of molasses, sweetness to enhance the flavor. You can even use in certain baked goods. Much better than comparable grocery store brands. I keep in an airtight glass jelly jar to keep fresh.

Delicious sugar

This sugar is delicious! I have used it in coffee and oatmeal - it definitely enhanced the flavor. A must try!
