Love this sugar! It is perfect for baking. Although, I though the size of the bag was bigger than what it is. Will not purchase again until the bag is a little bit larger. It was not worth the cost.

Before I bought this, I was using organic cane sugar from the grocery store since that was the highest quality sugar there was. The downside with cane sugar is that it has pretty large granules, which is not ideal for dissolving sugar. Then I saw this at WS when they got it in, and bought it immediatly. The granules are way smaller than cane sugar. It's not organic, but sugar isn't supposed to be healthy anyways so who cares.
Pros: Texture, Quality, Flavor
Cons: Unhealthy
