A friend and I wake early, 4ish, to skin up and telemark down our excellent local ski hill, Eaglecrest. When Di arrives at my home just before 5, she loads the ski rack with my skis while I dollop the foam onto our drinks -- pregroud Illy is just the ticket for me at that hour and saves my kids the ear ache of the grinder. They sleep soundly while we takes some early morning turns and Illy gets us to the slopes.

I love illy coffee, but the I got old coffee

I purchased illy coffee beans for my Mom.
It was 50% off sale.
When it delivered, I found out coffee can was packed Dec.2008. Expiration date was only two month away.
I returned them.
Even if it was on sale, expiration date should be informed.

Actually this is my first buying from Illy.

I bought a moka pot in Italy this summer, and have tried numerous coffees in search of the perfect cuppa cappuccino...this Moka blend fits the bill! It's smooth but rich in flavor....
